12. Service Capacity and Scheduling
While we maintain sufficient resources to serve our clients effectively, our service capacity is not unlimited. We reserve the right to decline new service agreements if accepting them would compromise our ability to maintain quality standards for existing clients. Priority scheduling may be offered to long-term clients during periods of high demand.
